Warren became a registered builder 11 years ago and started Warren Bennett Homes. Before that he was a carpenter. What better qualification for a builder. In 2004 Warren Bennett Homes was formed. And in 2009 wife Lorinda joined as company secretary. Together, they predominately build homes for clients with the plans supplied by either drafts people or architects appointed by the customer.

The process starts with the client contacting Warren Bennett Homes and bringing in the plans. They then discuss the build, the budget and any special requirements and then project manage the entire build to ensure the quality.
