The Skillion is the latest breakthrough 4 bedroom, two bathroom design from The Rural Building Company. It looks striking from all angles.. the overall effect a bit retro – the materials anything but – with the mix of Glass, render Zincalume and Eco Ply – and it’s perfect for suburban or larger rural lots.
Probably the most important thing to know about the Skillion is that with the correct east west orientation.
It’s a passive solar and energy efficient home.
The kitchen is designed as a complete workstation. It uses the best Australian made appliances and a Corian benchtop and there’s plenty of cupboards and draws.
It overlooks the open dining and living areas which are stunningly surrounded by glass.. taking in any views – and there’s a sensational home theatre.
The Skillion is at Ashendon Boulevarde in BANJUP – heading south take the freeway to the Gibbs and Russell Road Exit and turn right – turn left into Franklin Springs estate and it’s the first house on your right.
