Recently, we showed you this innovative family friendly home built by the Sovereign Building Company.
Well today I get to show you a gem of a place – a true entertainer’s delight! This federation style home has been entirely built from scratch to suit its owner Jackie Divirgilio and everything she loves in a home.
Let’s check it out…
Jackie says they worked closely with David Savietto at Sovereign to create this dream. “I knew I always imagined the pool to be against the house with a full height of windows following the shape of the pool. I had it in my head and Dave helped me to put it down on paper. And the quality of the build, well, you can see if for yourself, very happy.”
Here, the kitchen, dining and family areas all flow through to the alfresco with continual open views of the pool.
And the backyard isn’t a backyard without a wood fired oven – perfect for stoking up a pizza or three. How decked out is this alfresco area? At the front of the house, you’ll find the theatre room. It’s away from the Master Bedroom, which features this impressive spa. The ensuite has been smartly tucked away for a bit of privacy.
Upstairs are the kids’ bedrooms – 4 in fact.
The lucky little rascals even have their own retreat, which leads out onto the balcony.
