This week’s visit to the MBA Show Home at Iluka, Beaumaris Beach, shows yet another giant leap forward towards the planned completion date in November.
The colorbond roof is now complete and painting of to rendered brickwork and eaves linings is underway with carefully selected colours that reflect the homes location by a lake and close to the ocea
Plasterboard linings are being installed inside this individually designed home by Lifestyle Homes, which is a wonderful example of superb design and construction quality available through a wide range of members companies of the Master Builders Association.
The MBA is also proud to announce a new initiative called SITE SECURE, designed to curb the spiralling rate of theft of materials from buildings sites across the State. The programme is to be trialled in the Joondalup and Wanneroo regions with a view to implementing the scheme elsewhere in WA.
Home in WA will have a full report on SITE SECURE in next week’s programme.
