Richard Repp introduces two major winners at the recent Master Builders Association’s Housing Excellence Awards.
A. Di Bucci & Son have won their third Home of the Year Award in the last four years, with a splendid example of building craftsmanship linked with outstanding design principles provided by consultant, Parm Tjhung Designs.
The award-winning home is located at Ascot Waters on an elevated block of less than 500 square metres, with a commanding view over Swan River wetlands and Perth city.
The company also won recognitions for excellence in plastering, ceramic tiling and environmental considerations.
Richard talks with father and son team, Mick and Greg Di Bucci about the reasons for the company’s successes and the remarkable rapport they have with their trades and sub-contractors.
Richard also meets up with Scott Park, principal of Scott Park Homes, which also won a number of important awards including Best Project Home and Excellence in Customer Service.
Scott says the company places great importance on attention to detail and making sure customers’ requirements and queries are handled quickly and efficiently.
