Since 1981, Master Builders has been celebrating excellence in Building here in WA with the Master Builders Bankwest Housing Excellence Awards. This year’s event was completely sold-out, highlighting the Master Builders members’ dedication to the Industry and, as always, it was a very glamorous affair.
Every home nominated for The Housing Excellence Awards in 2009 had to meet the usual stringent Master Builders’ standards and, of course, it was the real stand-out entries – delivering exceptional quality – that took home the coveted prizes.
Spadaccini Homes took out the Bankwest Top WA Home Award for this distinctive, two-story home with stunning features throughout from its floor-to-ceiling windows to its free-standing staircase.
Project Builder of the Year for 2009 went to Ventura Homes who had 13 entries in 5 categories this year and achieved ‘construction excellence’ across each and every one of their entries.
And with a view to the future of WA Building, Best New Builder was taken out by Averna Homes for their quality of workmanship, attention to detail and all the other qualities befitting a ‘Master Builder’.
Congratulations to all the winners at the 2009 Master Builders Bankwest Housing Excellence Awards and if you’d like to access an award-winning builder for your Home in WA, simply log on to www.mbawa.com.
