We join Jenny Seaton at Home Base Expo in Subiaco as she continues her series of helpful tips to assist the do-it-yourself renovator or home builder.
Jenny again talks with plumber and Home Base Expo spokesman, Dean Harnett, about the importance of making early decisions regarding plumbing installation and fittings to the kitchen and bathrooms.
Dean warns that considerable costs can be incurred if alterations to the original structure needs to take place for items that have been overlooked.
Jenny talks to Dean about dual-flush toilet cisterns, water diverter valves for bath and shower and vanity unit design. Dean also advises on the importance of bathroom and kitchen design, to make the best use of small spaces.
Home Base Expo is located on Level 1, 55 Salvado Road, Subiaco on the corner of Harbourne Street. Contact them on 9388 1088 for more information.
