Martin’s Retro Prawn Cocktail
Serves 4
Ingredients
For the salad
300 gms Signature Range Prawns
½ Iceberg Lettuce shredded
1 punnet Cherry tomatoes – sliced
½ juice of a Lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
For the dressing
150gms Signature Range Mayonnaise
1 Tbls Signature Range Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ juice of a Lemon
Dusting of paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
To make the dressing place mayo, tomato, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauces and combine.
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
To serve, mix prawns with cocktail sauce. Place iceberg lettuce in serving dish or long milk-shake style glass..add prawn salad, finish with extra prawns. Sprinkle with paprika and serve with half a lemon.
Serve this with a chilled glass of Chardonnay from Salitage yum yum! and remember BUY WA FIRST.
