Dan asked Craig if buying your bock can be fun. Yes long as you are prepared and know the build process. Obviously you can't build easily if your choice of block is not a great choice hoever Blueprint can help buy now offering house and land packages. They now have a designated person that seeks out land right across the Perth Metro area in all estates and their design team then puts a home n that block to to suit the orientation.
This concept, House and Land package, is becoming increasingly popular as it means customers do not have to deal with the estate agent taking out another factor in the fun of the home building process.
We'll join Craig in more epiodes in the near future.
