A 20-room French style chateau is not normally the type of home you’d expect to find in tranquil Upper Swan, but take a drive to Brookleigh Equestrian Centre and that’s exactly what you’ll find.
The home was the vision of owner Nikki Brooks, who designed it herself. She then took the plans to Addstyle Master Builders, who helped make her dream a reality.
The intricate and elegant detailing throughout the home reflects the lifestyle of the French nobility of the era, and although the home has the proportions of a mansion, it’s managed to maintain a homely, comfortable atmosphere.
Addstyle Master Builders are perhaps better known for their quality extensions – taking out three categories in this year’s coveted Master Builders Association Awards – but, according to Robert Travers, building a home from scratch is actually a lot simpler than building an extension.
Addstyle have certainly succeeded in creating Nikki’s dream-home, in fact, this home really is like something out of a fairy tale. If you’d like any information on how Addstyle Master Builders can build your dream-home or turn your existing home into a fantasy, give them a call or visit their website.
