Kitchen Witch are back with their clever kitchen ideas and today they’d like to introduce you to the YolkR, a handy utensil that every home chef needs.
Chef Emmanuel Mollois showed us how to separate the yolk from the egg white with this nifty kiwi invention.
All you have to do is break your egg in a bowl just to be on the safe side. Then by pressing and releasing the bulb of the YolkR you can suck up the egg yolk.
To release it, just press the bulb again. Until you do, your yolk is safe. It’s so easy to use and really takes the stress out of separating the yolk from the egg white. And it comes apart for cleaning and is even dishwasher safe.
