Last week, we featured the Unique Design Benefit home by the Sovereign Building Company. Their display home at Iluka. This time we get to showcase another unique creation in Alfred Cove, which also has an interesting twist to the layout.
Owners, Natalie and Andrew Buchan, believe there are just too many features to love!
“There’s just so much to like,” says Natalie. “It feels like such a family home.”
“I think the best thing (although the kids will disagree) is the kitchen. I love cooking and we’ve already served up some memorable dinners. Plus, there’s also a desk station nearby for bills and computer work.”
Not only is the kitchen built for an Iron Chef, but it hugs the theatre room, so Natalie and Andrew can spend more time with the kids – I say yes to those TV dinners!
And if Natalie and her husband Andrew want a bit of peace, they can retreat to their Master Bedroom, which is at the front of the house away from the main living areas.
Upstairs you’ll find the kids’ bedrooms, which look out to this activity area and incredible views.
And with this clever laundry chute, the kids have no excuse to be messy – just drop it in and away it goes, direct to the washing machine!
