PLATINUM HOMES is fast gaining a reputation as the most exciting new builder in Perth with cutting edge designs that challenge traditional floor plans. This is reflected in all of their standard house designs, however also offer something extra – an individual design service where clients can come with their ideas and the PLATINUM HOMES designers will work with them every step of the way to create the home of their dreams.
At PLATINUM HOMES listening to the client is paramount. The first step is to meet with their new home designer who will talk through your ideas and work with you to overcome any potential problems. They will then visit your block to get a good feel for the surroundings and the layout of the land and make sure that the plans can be achieved.
Once your plans are locked in you will be kept up to date with regular site meetings with a PLATINUM HOMES building supervisor who will discuss the building progress and give you an update of on site construction.
So if you want to build your dream home with a difference, have a chat to the professional staff at PLATINUM HOMES and see how they can help you turn that dream into reality!
