JAXON

You only have to look at some of Perth’s most iconic buildings of the past 50 years to see that architecture and design here in WA have changed enormously. And the Company who built some of our most instantly recognisable buildings of the past half-century, is still building WA today.

JAXON was founded by Jack Kailis in 1958 and since then has been responsible for literally hundreds of public buildings and State Government developments along with tens of thousands of Residential homes right around the State.

And along with building quality tangible product for so many years, JAXON also helped to build the Industry as a whole by being one of the State’s largest providers of Apprenticeships.   From the early 70’s to the early 90’s they averaged about 100 apprentices at any one time with the aim of training the next generation of builders.

Already recognised for the establishment of entire regional townships, JAXON’s latest regional project is set to create a revitalised and vibrant South Hedland, including the development of 700 serviced lots, refurbishment of 500 homes and the construction of homes and commercial precincts.

Having been so integral to the development of the Western Australian urban landscape for the past 50 years, it’s likely that JAXON will continue to build WA for generations to come.  Find out more at www.jaxon.net.au.
