Buying a home is a daunting enough experience, but building one can be even more of a challenge if you don’t make the right choices from day one. Selecting a competent, hands on builder is the first step to combining all the necessary key ingredients to making home building a pleasure instead of the nightmare it can be that we so often hear about.
In the South West region, there is one builder, who not only fits the bill, but has a mantelpiece of Master Builder Awards along the way to prove it.
Terra Castle Constructions is owned and run by Reto Zschokke and would best be described as a boutique building company, preferring to build only a handful of specialized and individual homes a year, rather a mass production of copy cat homes.
Reto personally follows the construction of each and every home all the way through from the initial pouring of the footings to handing over the keys at the end of the process to the excited new home owners.
No design is too challenging or off limits and Reto uses and employs only the most talented and credential of craftsmen in each trade. Proof of this is the Master Builders Award in the category of carpentry this year, which incidentally, is the second year in a row for this proud and deserving company.
For anyone thinking of building a home in the South West, that wants more than just a project builder and a run of the mill design, Terra Castle Constructions are a sure fire way to end up with an exclusive, individual, well crafted designer property.
