Terracotta Tile Company

On HOME in WA this week, we return to the Terra-cotta Tile Company in Fremantle to learn just how easy it is to lay your own terracotta floor tiles, large or small. Not only that, you’ll get great satisfaction by doing the job yourself and will save approximately half the cost of having someone do it for you

Tom Fay explains the process to David Grant, including surface preparation, adhesives and grouting.

The Terracotta Tile Company is a fascinating place where you can come and browse and buy some stunning, colorful, ready made creations for your home….there’s letter-box numbers, individual, hand-made tiles….. lightweight, colorful planter-boxes and lots, lots more.

This is just the place for water-walls .. .fountains…. there’s tiling of course and .pizza ovens

There’s also a workshop planned for mid-June , strictly limited to 20 people only, and we’ll be making a pizza oven AND a water-wall. It’s $50 to enroll, the great thing is that your fee will be subtracted from any purchase of a do-it-yourself kit or other stock, on the day.
