Within all of us, there is at least one dream that we wish would come true. For Trish Edinger of Emporio Homes, her consuming passion was and still is, French Provincial building and design. Trish set her mind to researching every fine detail of the authentic French Provencial style and to one day, build the home of her dreams.
This magnificent property is situated five kilometres south of the City, set high with views over South of Perth Yacht Club and expanse of Melville Water. Its combination of its unique textured stucco walls, wrought ironwork, window boxes and cobblestone paving enhance the profile of the house and has recreated the atmosphere and ambiance of Provincial France.
There was another reason for building the home…to virtually demonstrate the skills of the Emporio Homes team and the house is now set up as a display home.
