Summit Homes

With the smaller and often unusually shaped blocks common today, you might think it would be difficult to find a home design to suit. Well, not anymore. The striking Aztec by Summit Homes is just fifteen metres wide, and even though its been specifically designed to suit a long, narrow block, the design makes no compromises on space or practicality.

The almost organic shape of this home has inspired its name, and ‘The Aztec’ is Summit Homes’ latest in a line of homes architecturally designed to suit a project-builder-size budget. So, deluxe features become accessible to almost any home-buyer.

Inside, the designer has captured a feeling of space and light that belies the home’s restricted width – but of course, that was the idea. That feeling of spaciousness begins as soon as you enter The Aztec with a wide entry statement complete with sweeping recessed ceiling.

With the Aztec, Summit Homes have successfully created a four bedroom, two-bathroom home that is both practical and sophisticated and incorporates maximum flexibility within a minimum of space.
