We visit one of their beautiful homes located in Perry Lakes. The house had to adhere to some stringent developer guidelines…
It had to be a mostly horizontal form with a flat or low pitched roof. Balconies were encouraged and it had to be predominantly white… and then there’s the clients brief.
The result? A subtle but incredibly effective design with customized materials and building methods. You can clearly see this throughout the entire home. With the infinity edge pond showcasing the bronze Marlin, through to the swimming pool beyond.
